About the Championship
The development of demographic and gender diversity is one of the Federation’s priorities. In order to participate in the European Girls’ Olympiad and other international competitions, we aim to prepare and conduct a high-quality selection of the Kazakhstan national team among girls. For this purpose, we organize a championship for girls, open to schoolgirls from all over Kazakhstan.
The main goals of the Championship are: 1) Promoting gender equality in the field of IT. 2) Preparing and conducting high-quality selection of the Kazakhstan national team in Olympiad informatics among girls. 3) Demonstrating a wide range of career opportunities available to girls in the field of IT.

Participation and Format
By developing competitive programming among girls, we strive to eliminate gender stereotypes and ensure equal opportunities for everyone. Diversity in the technology community leads to a diversity of ideas and innovations.
The 2024 Championship includes two stages:
Online qualifying stage — June 1, 2024- On-site final stage — June 14–15, 2024
Participation in the Olympiad is free of charge.
Based on the results of the qualifying stage, up to 40 participants with the highest scores advance to the final stage. Winners of the final stage are awarded with diplomas. The number of winners is determined by the jury and the organizing committee based on the final results. The official partner of the Championship is the international IT startup technopark Astana Hub!
Competitive Programming Federation
The top four participants will join the Kazakhstan national team and represent the country at the European Girls’ Olympiad in Informatics (EGOI). The sponsor of Kazakhstan’s participation in EGOI is Freedom Holding Corp. Girls’ participation in computer science can contribute to the development of new approaches, solutions, and technologies. Studying technology helps girls increase self-confidence and expand their opportunities.
